Can I use the container as a workshop?
Containers are for storage only, not as workshops. However, you can organise your tools, sort materials, and load your van at the container.
Tradespeople and contractors: keep your expensive tools and equipment secure in a 20ft steel container at Magna Park. 24/7 access, CCTV, foam insulation — just £55/week with no VAT.
If you're a tradesperson in Bournemouth — a plumber, electrician, builder, landscaper, decorator, or any other skilled professional — your tools are your livelihood. Leaving expensive power tools, specialist equipment, and materials in a van overnight is an invitation for theft. Insurance companies know it too, which is why van break-in claims are so common and premiums keep rising. A secure lock-up at Magna Park solves the problem.
Each 20ft steel container provides serious physical security. These are corrugated steel boxes originally designed to survive ocean crossings — they're not going to be broken into with a screwdriver. Add our 24/7 CCTV, perimeter fencing, and personal pin code entry, and you have a level of security that most home garages and builder's yards can't match. At £55/week with no VAT, it's considerably cheaper than the cost of replacing stolen tools.
Our Bournemouth site on Provence Drive is conveniently located for tradespeople working across the BH area. It's close to the A338 and A3049, making early morning pick-ups and late evening drop-offs practical. The 24/7 access means you can grab tools at 5am before a job and return them at 9pm without any restriction. Drive right up to the container, load your van, and you're off. Many of our trade customers come from Kinson, Moordown, Wallisdown, and the Bear Cross area — all within 5 minutes of the site.
Corrugated steel walls that resist forced entry far better than a shed or garage.
Grab your tools at any hour — ideal for tradespeople with early job starts.
Round-the-clock camera coverage and individual entry codes for accountability.
Protects power tools and precision equipment from condensation and corrosion.
Pull your van right to the container door for quick loading and unloading.
At £55/week, it costs far less than one insurance excess on a tool theft claim.

Not in our insulated containers. The foam lining prevents condensation, which is the main cause of rust on stored metal tools. We recommend wiping tools down before storage and keeping them in their cases.
A 20ft container is 20ft long, 8ft wide, and 8.5ft high — so it can hold standard scaffolding sections, ladders, workbenches, and most construction equipment. Very long items (over 20ft) won't fit.
Yes. Most trade insurance policies cover tools in a secure storage facility with CCTV. Inform your insurer of the storage location and they'll typically provide cover. Our site meets most insurers' security requirements.
